Golden Gladiator Sports Club of Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology, Jammu organized “Friendly Cricket Match” between faculty members and 1st Semester Students to highlight the overall well-being of humans. The cricket ground has been well prepared to mark the occasion & the audience were packed to capacity. The event started with the introduction of the players with the chief coordinator, YCET, Er.B.R. Verma who then tossed the coin for the toss.


There were two different teams, CSE 11 & Shinning Stars, who were well equipped with the strong spirit & technical expertise to pose a challenge to lift the trophy. Shining Stars Team led by Er. Dinesh Gupta and CSE 11 Team was led by Adnan. CSE 11 defeated Shining Stars and won the match by 5 Wickets. Trophy was distributed to the winning team and the Man of the Match to Adnan. The guest team was also given certificates to appreciate their efforts . Both the teams played exceedingly well and no one was being able to make out till the end that who would win definitely. Er. Vidhi. S. Singh Jamwal, Chairman cum Managing Trustee, Th. Shiv Dev Singh Jamwal, Vice Chairman cum Managing Trustee, Er. Renu Bangroo, Managing Director cum Trustee congratulated all the teams & organizers for such an event. In making the match successful, immense efforts were put in by Er. Rajnish Magotra, Coordinator, Students Affair & Er. Yuvraj Singh, Coordinator, Sports Club, YCET who were thankful to all for showing great spirits & zeal in participation.
